Masterclass week 4
John Thornhills Masterclass week 4
Hello everyone sorry its been a while since my last post, time really did run out for me over the last week .
It has been really busy time what with johns course, other family commitments,
I seriously hope I have not bitten off more than I can chew, I decided as my venture into Internet marketing increases in speed, I find myself not understanding web design as in depth as I would like, html, css, xhtml, e.t.c, you might be thinking whats he talking about. These were my feelings exactly so I decided to enroll on a part time Webb design course. Don’t get me wrong Johns walk through videos are brilliant but I am one of those people who likes to know how, why, when and what for. It is great fun learning new things not had that learning buzz since I was at college a lot of years ago.I will keep you informed on my progress this has taken another evening from me but I think it will be worth while .
But the more I try and do, I have realised that I really do have to plan my time better, not one of my strong points but hopefuly improving all the time. (will keep you posted on my progress )
I received part 4 of Johns course last Monday and as usual eagerly read my pdf file, I had already ordered my blog graphics and received them so was expecting to be making the finishing touches to my blog (as I think you will agree is looking pretty good) but as I read on I realised this would not be happening, but instead we were adding an opt in email capture box to our blogs I already had my aweber account set up so Lucky for me my week for was almost completed on the Monday night I managed to finish completely on Tuesday so allowing me to carry on with my busy week.
So to conclude so far the course is really good have learnt loads and still lots more to come, I have started to jot down a few Ideas for posts,If you have any requests please let me Know via comments. I am now engaged in some research on these ideas so they will be coming soon. And no I have not forgotten about the free stuff just trying to put some really worth while things together for you so watch this space check back soon.
Till my next post
Regards Adam

Hi Adam,
Your site looks great. I’m happy to see someone exited to the idea that he is going to learn some thing new. People should improve himself continually and grew his interest in every thing. Learn photography, learn a new language, lean web design (as did Adam)….that definitely opens up new opportunities.
Keep up the good work Adam.
Hi Adam,
I am one of JT’s students and just wanted to say hello…
I agree with you that planning is very important. It works for me and I always complete the tasks that I have previously written down
and followed to the letter.
I have created a short video for all JT students on how to install Google analytics in order to track th etraffic that comes to your blog. If you have not already done so please have a look.
Speak to you soon,

Hey Adam.
Great job on the site and the stuff that John has us going through.
I think as this goes on, you will begin to realize that once you ‘know’ how to do things, it gets easier. Believe me, I am still learning how to format things in html and I have been doing it for a few years…what gets me now is changing coding in php and making it work.
Keep plugging away and keeping us updated.
If you need any help with anything, feel free to contact me.

Hello Adam,
Interesting blog, keep it up.
I went to a web design evening class last year, and it was very useful. I can use Dreamweaver, but when I get stuck (quite often), I have the old class teacher come to my home and help me out. He does this as a side-line.
Might be worth keeping in touch with your teacher as well.
Good luck with your online business.
John
